In this festive period, Asterix and his friends offer us the best of gifts: a remedy against the sadness that promises 2021 rich in laughter! As many laughs as those that René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo offered millions of readers around the world since 1959. A new album in the collection is currently in preparation and will be released in 2021.
After Asterix and the Picts (2013), Caesar’s Papyrus (2015), Asterix in Italy (2017), and Vercingétorix’s Daughter (2019), the duo formed by Jean-Yves Ferri (script) and Didier Conrad (drawings) refined their fifth collaboration and they continue the series created more than sixty years ago by the unforgettable René Goscinny and Albert Uderzo. The great worldwide success of this collection, which has sold more than three hundred eighty-five million copies in one hundred and eleven languages and dialects, guarantees a new adventure, number thirty-nine, which is once again rich in adventures. In addition, from now on, Jean-Yves Ferri and Didier Conrad offer us an unpublished plate as an aperitif before the great banquet that awaits us in October!
