The Black Panther 2 movie will begin shooting next year and they are already looking for the actors to complete the cast.
The death of the beloved actor Chadwick Boseman drastically changed plans for Black Panther 2 of Marvel Studios. Since they did not want a new interpreter for the role of T’Challa, so everything indicated that the story would begin with the death of the great hero of Wakanda. But things have changed and the film will begin with a great battle where Chadwick Boseman will be recreated by CGI and his character will die at the hands of a new villain. Then there will be a big tribute and the plot will advance until Shuri (Letitia Wright) becomes the new Black Panther.
So they need a new villain to take down the Avenger in Black Panther 2 and automatically become the most hated in the Marvel Cinematic Universe. That is why they have ruled out that Namor or Doctor Doom are responsible, although there are many rumors that they appear, they will not be the culprits of that death. So it should not be ruled out that they use a very minor villain or even invent one for the film.
The production dates are already being set.
Black Panther 2 will begin filming in July 2021 and is expected to last about 6 months. That is why they are already trying to complete the cast and the Narcos: Mexico actor, Tenoch Huerta, is in talks to join as the new villain. For now, there are no details on which character he will play, but he will probably be responsible for the death of T’Chala.
Black Panther 2 will be released on April 29, 2022. Hopefully, the film lives up to the original and is a great tribute to actor Chadwick Boseman.
