The channel aired the last episode of this all-time popular three-part crime drama series Des on Wednesday, the 16th of September.
Starring David Tennant as a serial killer, this show managed to keep viewers gripped up to the screens. The character, Dennis ‘Des’ Nilsen has been widely praised by fans, worldwide.
The last episode also caused a lot of gush among fans before it shot the climax. It focused on the star killer’s trial sequence, where he shockingly pleaded to be not guilty of the previous confessions of the charges of slaughting sixteen men.
The defense completely against Nilsen, the prosecution story took a turn when the witnesses, Douglas Stewart and Carl Stotter, had their stories taken apart.
