It’s just been a little longer after the new year and Netflix has already started making movie buffs question the Second Coming of Christ along with the premiere of Messiah. But the biggest question is about Messiah Season 2 premiere!! Messiah is known to follow the mysterious coming of Al-Massih (Mehdi Dehbi) and is created by Michael Petroni. Al-Massih is known to be a guy who claims to be Jesus in the Middle East and thus immediately gains a cult following owing to his teachings and obvious miracles.
However, there are many questions around this claim of his and the CIA tries to get involved to find more about it. After being in a mortal plane crash, the first season’s focus was on Al-Masih’s success alongside his fellow passenger Aviram Dahan and one of his loyal disciples. The storyline of season 2 shall continue from where season 1 ended, depicting what exactly the child of God had done in his life.
The beloved audience is strongly waiting for the upcoming season but Netflix has not renewed the series yet. The first season premiered on 1st January 2020 on Netflix with Mehdi Dehbi as Al-Masih, John Ortiz as Felix Aguero, and Jane Addams as Miriam Kenally alongside many others who would be soon reprising their roles in Season 2.
