A psychological thriller series is always a yes-yes for fans who wish to face the fact that reality sucks! Greg Berlanti and Sera Gamble have come up with their very own You series which was loved by many and was thus renewed for yet another season – third installment. The outstanding series is based on the novel by the same name, written by Carolene Kepnes in 2014.
Moreover, the creators tried their best to mislead the audience in believing that Joe was responsible behind his girlfriend’s death. But we were certainly left on a powerful cliffhanger that has made us desperate to view the new season. We badly want to watch how Joe Goldberg makes himself comfortable in his renewed life.
Netflix has officially announced that the production procedure of the upcoming installment has begun, which is definitely good news for thriller fans. However, we do not know when the series would be featuring on the streaming giant. There’s no official proof of it showing up anytime in 2021, owing to the sudden rise in COVID-19 cases and further unpredictable constraints.
However, there’s no stopping Caroline Kepnes from launching her third book in the series – You Love Me. The book is all set to hit the shelves on April 6, 2021. When it comes to the cast, there were rumors that 12 new characters would be making an entry into series apart from Pen Badgley playing the serial killer role of Joe Goldberg and Victoria Pedretti playing Love Quinn in the previous seasons.
Some of the other past characters are also certain to rejoin the cast: Bryan Safi as Jackson, Michaela McManus as Natalie, Chris O’Shea as Andrew, Saffron Burrows as Love’s mother, Ayelet Zurer as Dr. Chandra, Kiki as Shannon Chan-Kent, Christopher Sean as Brandon, Jack Fisher as Young Joe.
