Guys, are you all excited for the upcoming Halloween season?
I am. I obviously am.
Rob is excited too.
After all, this is that time of the year when the audience gets to see some of the spine-chilling horror films and thrillers and even the top streaming services keep up to all our expectations be it Amazon Prime or Netflix.
And guess what Amazon Prime’s Blumhouse Productions is giving us a series of films under the name, Welcome to the Blumhouse. The two movies are the Black Box and The Lie.
Joey King who has played a major role in the latter shared in an interview in the press day for the premiere of the movie what has made her say yes to the movie even though she is not much into the scary and blood stains genre.
The actress who has also previously played a part in another spine-chilling film, The Act and Netflix’s, The Kissing Booth told the audience how The Lie’s super intriguing script brought her close to the film.
There were a lot of challenges involved in the film for all the characters. Moreover, the film fits into the genre of a Psychological Crime Thriller, an adaptation of the 2015 German movie, We Monsters.
Though Joey remarks that she is not very fond of Horror, the film strikes everyone’s nerves by putting them into nightmares and this test one’s level of fear and comfort.
Thus, it seems that it will be worth watching the film to catch up with how Joey combats her fear and sails smooth through this adventure journey.
So, Guys, we shouldn’t miss our chance of making Halloween better.
