Actress Hailee Steinfeld has been playing Marvel’s character Kate Bishop for a few weeks, where she will collect the Hawkeye ( Jeremy Renner ) mantle at the UCM. Steinfeld spoke to CBR and revealed how the comics have inspired his acting for the series. “ You know, I don’t even know where to start. Production on Hawkeye began last November in New York, and based on leaked footage from the shoot it looks like we’ll be seeing a lot of elements from Matt Fraction and David Aja’s acclaimed comic series.
The series will follow Clint Barton, who now lives in downtown Manhattan, sometime after the events of Avengers: Endgame. There, he will team up with Kate Bishop and try to train her to become his successor; The couple is joined by a dog named Lucky, also known as Pizza Dog.
