One of Amazon Studios’ most successful series, the Emmy-winning hit comedy ‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’ (‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’), has begun filming its fourth season in New York, following Covid protocols that they rule the industry and local health guidelines.
The regular cast of the complete series, led by its protagonist, actress Rachel Brosnahan, returns again to the luck of the fans. The protagonist posted a photo on her Instagram, making it clear that this year’s production “is a little different.”
‘The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel’, was, along with HBO’s ‘Succession’ one of the major New York-based series whose new seasons were supposed to start production in late spring or early summer 2020, but due to the coronavirus pandemic have been delaying production. ‘Succession’ began filming its third season last month.
The Marvelous Mrs. Maisel is an American-era comedy. Comedy-drama streaming television series produced by Amy Sherman-Palladino, which premiered on March 17, 2017. In the late 1950s and early 1960s, the series starred Rachel Brosnan as New York City housewife Miriam “Midge” Maisel, best known for her talent for stand-up comedy and her career.
The rest of the cast includes Alex Borstein, Michael Zegen, Marin Hinkle, Tony Shalhoub, Kevin Pollak, Caroline Aaron, and Jane Lynch.
