Peter Quill Is Bisexual! Yes! Confirmed!

Now we can verify that Peter Quill / Star-Lord is bisexual and polyamorous in Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy.

Peter Quill, also known as Star-Lord, has been reimagined as a bisexual character in the Marvel comic series Guardians of the Galaxy # 9 by Al Ewing and Juan Cabal. As they show the hero in a polyamorous relationship with two humanoid beings, a woman named Aradia and a man named Mors, after spending more than a decade trapped with them on a planet named Morinus.

Will they do the same in the Marvel Studios Cinematic Universe?

As we already know, many times they include changes in the Marvel comics in some characters and then introduce it in the movies. Now that Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 of James Gunn is about to emphasize with production, who knows if Peter Quill / Star-Lord played by Chris Pratt it was declared bisexual too.

Peter Quill has a strange romantic relationship with Gamora (Zoe Saldana) in the movies, at least before she died in Avengers: Infinity War (2018). Since the Gamora from Avengers: Endgame (2019) turns out to be the one from 2014, therefore she did not meet Star-Lord and they did not have that unresolved sexual tension. So for now it’s an enigma how they will continue that connection in the third installment of Guardians of the Galaxy. Although it must be remembered that Peter QuillHe has not minded interacting with other species, he has always flaunted his feminine conquests, so it would be quite a radical change if he turns out to be bisexual in the end. But Kevin Feign has already stated numerous times that we will see more diversity in the Marvel Studios Cinematic Universe.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 will be released soon during Phase 4 of Marvel Studios. But first, we will see Star-Lord played by Chris Pratt in Thor: Love and Thunder which will be released on May 6, 2022.
