Pokémon! The word starts a flood of emotions in the minds and hearts of many of us. While growing up, many of us had dreamed of becoming a Pokémon master just like Ash.
Well, that thing really wasn’t possible until Pokémon Go came to the gaming market. It was a good game but hardcore gamers still wished for a console-based game rather than a hand held device based game.
A year ago came the Pokémon Sword & Shield and finally, it seemed that the dream of becoming a Pokémon master was going to be true but things didn’t go as planned. What went wrong? Let’s find out together.
Since the release of the game a year ago, Pokémon fans have continuously mocked the game for one thing or the other. They had reason to do so as the game developers didn’t include many fan favorite Pokémon’s during its release.
The developers soon realized that they had got off the wrong foot in the first place and tried to rectify their fault by introducing those fan favorite and some new Pokémon’s.
The fans cooled down a bit but only momentarily. When the fans saw Galarian Zapdos, the legendary bird Pokémon, in a new update of the game they were absolutely heartbroken.
The Pokémon had lost its ability to fly in its new form. The fans complained that it looked and behaved like a chicken on the game.
They further said that they had to literally run after the Pokémon to catch it. They took to Twitter to express their anger by saying that the game developers had ruined the legendary bird.
The developer of the game Game Freak will have to something real quick if it wants to keep the reputation of the game and itself up. Otherwise, the fans won’t take much time to make the game part of history.
