HBO’s ‘The Vow’ is proving fatal in the NXIVM sex cult. The executive board member of this Self- help organization Clare Bronfman has found guilty in this cult after that she was sentenced to eighty-one months in prison. The imprisonment is nearly two years more than what the prospectors demanded.

HBO’s docuseries ‘The Vow’ has helped in disclosing the sex racket run by NXIVM. Los Angeles criminal defense attorney Silva Megerditchian talked to Yahoo Entertainment and shared that Bronfman didn’t take any accountability on the issue.
She even thanked her fans outside the court. He added that the court usually doesn’t take these instances kindly, neither asks the victims about the harm they faced in the Bronfman case or any other.
Before Clare, five others accused are waiting for their sentencing including the leader of NXIVM Keith Rainere and Alisson Mack. Both had been found accused of the sex slavery cult.
The remaining defendants should pay attention to what the judge conveys. The court is taking the statements of victims very crucial and they come to a belief that the lives of them were ruined by the NXIVM and their actions, said Megerditchian. Many big names are coming out in this cult.
The big names include:
1. Keith Rainere, the co-founder and the leader of NXIVM. He was found accused of several charges including sex trafficking, child pornography, fraud, exploitation, theft, money laundering, and many more as what we find through the Times Union. He will be sentenced on 27th October.
2. Alisson Mack, the former actresses in Smallville was arrested two years back in April 2018. Last year she also pleaded guilty for her involvement in the racketing web. She is waiting for her sentencing but as per law, she will go to prison for around 40 years.
The other names include Nancy Salzman, co-founder of NXIVM, Lauren Salzman daughter of Nancy, Clare Bronfman, the executive board member, and Kathy Russell, a long-time accountant of NXIVM. All of them have pleaded their guilt that they are involved in this racket somehow. Some of them are sentenced and others are waiting for their hearing.
