How many of us have watched the DC comics superhero film ‘The Suicide Squad’ in 2016? If you have gone through the ratings of the movie, it would obviously make you believe that it was a low-rated film.
Here is what director David Ayer has to say about the things he felt guilty about, in the movie for all these years.
Back to the time of its release in 2016, the Suicide squad faced a tough competition to acquire all the box office success since it was released along with Captain America:
Civil War. Despite the tough race between the two, the movie set overwhelming box office records and took the position of the second highest-grossing film.
But, if on one hand there was massive theatrical success, on the other hand the movie also received a lot of negative reviews, and both fans and critics were disappointed with certain aspects of the film.
Complains mainly centered around the overall direction and the portrayal of the characters, it seemed things were not in proper order and there were a number of faults in the plot.
Ayer also mentioned that there were some Loopholes on the part of Warner Bros.
speaking about all this the director also revealed some information about the Ayer’s cut version of the Suicide squad. He also gave us some clue about how amazing this version of the film will be.
All the mistakes pertaining to the original version of the suicide squad will be corrected. The director also released the trailer to increase the fans excitement and the best part is the fans have accepted the trailer with a big heart.
The trailer has already received a lot of love, now it’s time for us to wait for the actual film. Though the release date has not yet been revealed, we wish the movie a speedy release.
