What we're looking for
- Explainers that make a crypto or equities concept genuinely easier to understand.
- Data-driven analysis with transparent sources and methodology.
- Practical guides — using tools, reading charts, managing risk — written for real investors.
- Original work you have not published elsewhere, written for a general but serious audience.
What we won't publish
- Price predictions dressed up as fact, hype, or "guaranteed return" claims.
- Undisclosed promotional content for a coin, token, project, broker or product.
- Personalised investment advice or anything that tells readers what to buy or sell.
- Plagiarised, AI-spun, or thinly-sourced filler.
Our standards apply to you too
Contributors are bound by the same rules as our staff: accurate sourcing, a clear line between fact and opinion, honest treatment of risk, and full disclosure of any holding or relationship relevant to the piece. Please read our editorial guidelines and ethics policy before pitching. All financial content carries the disclaimers described in our disclaimer.
How to pitch
Email contribute@marketcapitalize.com with:
- A working title and a short outline (a few sentences is fine).
- Why it matters now and who it's for.
- A line or two on your relevant background, plus any links to past work.
- Any holdings or commercial relationships relevant to the topic.
We review pitches in batches and reply when there is a fit. Accepted contributors are credited by name with their consent.
Pitches that ignore these guidelines — especially undisclosed promotional pieces — are declined without review. We'd much rather receive one careful, honest idea than ten generic ones.
